Knowledgeable, affordable, reliable! Never thought that my Honda service center experiences would be so Great! But each time my experiences have been wonderful. Often, George, my service guy can diagnose my problem over the phone when I explain the noise and problem to him which boggles my mind. He really knows his stuff. He is courtesy, knowledgeable, and makes sure my car is taken care of. It is never "over serviced." From brakes to routine oil changes, this is where I go and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I know it is in good hands, and believe it or not their prices are reasonable. You will never be told you need x,y & z when you don't. They help you maintain your car before you experience big problems. Because I have my car serviced here with George, I know this has actually saved me money due to care my car receives. More
Damaged My Car And Attempted To Hide The Damage I came in for service on my vehicle, 25K service, at 7am Wednesday. Following Saturday, I used my car for grocery shopping and while loading the trun I came in for service on my vehicle, 25K service, at 7am Wednesday. Following Saturday, I used my car for grocery shopping and while loading the trunk noticed some new scratches. At first I thought that another car scratched my bumper on the way out but on closer inspection noticed the scratches, which were bad enough to take off paint, had been painted in. NO HIT AND RUN WOULD PAINT IN SCRATCHES!!!! We called Saturday but service was already closed. Finally, reached the manager on Monday and brought the car in on Tuesday only to be told that they don't carry paint, don't do touch ups, then later that the mechanics don't have access to the paint. Why are you lying to us? The worst part of the whole ordeal, the one that leaves a bad taste in our mouth, is that you damaged our car, covered it up, and then lied. More
Liars I wish I could give them 0 stars at all as my experience with them was atrocious. At first I was there to see lease prices on the same version of my c I wish I could give them 0 stars at all as my experience with them was atrocious. At first I was there to see lease prices on the same version of my car, I have a '12 accord coupe v6 and looked at a new '15 version. They offered me close to $500 on a $31k car where I could pay that for a german luxury car. Second of all what really griped me was that I came in a week prior to this review due to my driver side window button being broken (it popped out of the socket) and I could not close the window. The blonde haired woman (who was very rude to me) assured me at the end when I was told that the part was not in and would be in by Thursday. It did not come in until Monday. She also stated that since I was under 36k miles and 3years that all this would be covered under warranty. I came in car was serviced and at the end I was charged $325 for the part and service. I discussed this with the service rep that help me who's name is George 649808 and said that he cannot do anything about it and that it cannot be covered under warranty since it is physical damage. There was no explanation except for the fact that its physical damage and that nothing could be done even though I argued for a little bit of time. I will not be going back to this place ever, I would've gotten the 4th car from these guys but this new management is absolutely horrible. They lie their way through the whole process. I'll just get my new car and service from DCH honda in Old Bridge. More

I waited two hours at 730 am and was told my battery was fine.... car starts fine... THREE days later my car had to be towed --- the battery died and leaked onto the starter so I needed a two 40 miles from home and a new battery and a new starter. I contacted klye roth my service guy and sent pictures of the battery. I never heard back. I called to find out the Honda dealership was sold and I left message for Jerwin the service manager never heard from him today I called to find out new ownership and am awaiting a call. I have purchased many cars over the years from this dealership..... VERY DISSAPPOINTED Lisa Padula More
Terrible experience My wife took the car (Odyssey Touring 2006) to this service center because it had a weird problem. The car would shake / vibrate badly while driving My wife took the car (Odyssey Touring 2006) to this service center because it had a weird problem. The car would shake / vibrate badly while driving but ONLY between 45~65 mph. Drives normal below or above that speed range. The dealership charged their "diagnostic" fee (~$89?) and told me that I need a wheel balancing and maybe a transmission oil change? I asked that a disbalanced wheel should cause even more shake as I speed up but it subsides ! The gentlemen that called me back to say yeah okay you don't need wheel balancing - but you need an axle replaced as it's leaking. Total cost $499 + $100 !!!!!!!! I again didn't see the correlation so I asked how confident are we that this will fix the problem. The answer hmm about 60-80% So I am at a dealership because I thought they would know the car best and to get a quality service and here I am, playing a guessing game and paying with an arm & a leg? I declined, paid my "diagnostic" fee and went to a local mechanic - who did a FREE estimate - and told me I have a broken engine mount which causes the engine to shake when accelerating and it subsides because when I am at a higher speed, it doesn't take that much effort to keep going. I am very sorry but I am disappointed and I feel I have been robbed - with the diagnostic fee and the unprofessional attitude, I don't think I want to go back unless the dealership can make it right. I have been a loyal customer and have had better experiences in the past. I hope someone from the dealership reads this and I would be happy to hear from them to restore my confidence. More
Horrible customer service I went in for an alignment. First i made an appointment for 7:15 am on the phone, then the writer tells me the techs dont come in until 8 am. Then i I went in for an alignment. First i made an appointment for 7:15 am on the phone, then the writer tells me the techs dont come in until 8 am. Then it takes forever for the tech to finish my alignment, and the service writer tries to tell me it usually takes 2 hours. Lie number one. Then when the alignment is done the caster is still out of spec. After asking the service write, Frank, he says he is going to get the tech. Instead he goes and helps out another customer, completely disregarding me and leaving me waiting. After 10 minutes i chase him down and talk to the tech. The tech i still believe is lying to me. He told me that the bolt for the the caster adjustment is stuck and he turned it all he could. And that i would need all sorts of new parts to get it right. But he is lying. I have worked in shops and anytime there is any sort of issue it is to be documented on the service order, which it wasn't. and i didnt need any new parts until i started asking questions. Then when i wanted to speak to a service manager they told me they were both too busy to speak to me now. after being there for an hour longer than i should have i paid and left and left a voice mail with the general manager. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. UNORGANIZED, INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. More
