(Gene) satisfied customer! Amanda was an absolute sweetheart! My wife and I were able to get an oil change without having an appointment on a busy Saturday. We were out of there Amanda was an absolute sweetheart! My wife and I were able to get an oil change without having an appointment on a busy Saturday. We were out of there on a timely manner. We had a slight issue with the tire pressure indicator due to the tire rotation that was also done. Flat tire indicator came up after we left the parking lot. I called Amanda and drove back, she did a hard reset and fixed the faulty light indicator. All in all she was a very pleasant service advisor!! More

Donna was my sales associate who explained that the previous mechanic I took my car to installed the brake pads incorrectly. She also recommended that I change the timing belt, as it was overdue. Service was good, but I had to bring back the car because the noise hadn't completely gone away. Donna took care of that as well. I like the fact that these people are not super pushy. You have to know what you want for your vehicle, and not always blame the dealership. I always bring my car here, except for the time I took it elsewhere for the brake pads and that resulted in me having to pay all over again. More

Great service from Fred Alegre Had a remote start added with purchase last year. Turns out the 3rd party that installed the remote start thru Honda installed it incorrectly. Fred, the service rep, handled everything in a professional manner and the problem was resolved. My car was there for one week and Fred stayed in regular contact to give me updates. Received a loaner car while problem was being corrected. More

Terrible experience at Honda of Freehold. Neither the service advisor and service manager knew how to work the service software which caused my check in to be experience at Honda of Freehold. Neither the service advisor and service manager knew how to work the service software which caused my check in to be nearly 30 minutes. The service manager didn't even take the time to help the advisor or listen to the issue. It is symptomatic of this place. When I picked my car up, the multipoint inspection listed my brakes as green (all good) when 4 months ago they were scored as yellow (needing to be replaced soon). Makes no sense. The sales area here is also horrendous and it seems the service area is slipping that way as well. I have purchased 4 cars from here and the one I bought in 2015 will be my last. The only reason I service it here is because I was given free oil changes for the life of my car when I bought it. More

"warranty refund" I was told by my local service center that my battery was bad. Still being under warrantee, I called service at Honda of Freehold and got an appointme I was told by my local service center that my battery was bad. Still being under warrantee, I called service at Honda of Freehold and got an appointment for that day. I spent a couple of hours waiting for the results, and finally was told my battery checked out OK. A few weeks later, having not driven my car for two days, and the weather being quite cold, I could not start my car. Called AAA, had them start my car, and, because I live in Staten Island, and didn't want to risk driving down to Freehold, I went to my local mechanic and purchased a new battery. The next day I called service at Honda of Freehold and spoke to Sal. I said I was upset that I had to pay for a new battery while still under warranty, especially since I had been told by service that my battery was good only a few weeks before. Sal said he understood my being upset, but if the battery tests as good on their machinery, the company would not let them replace it. Then he asked me to fax him my bill for the battery and he'd see if he could do anything for me. I sent in my bill, but did not believe anything would come of it. Lo and behold a number of weeks later, I get a check from Honda of Freehold for the entire cost of the battery. I consider it to be one of the nicest things ever done for me by a car dealership. If they would have sent a small check, I would have appreciated it. But, sending me a total refund was incredibly nice. More
