Product Recall Experience Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly, everyone from Erik (my point of contact for service to the valets. I chose to stay and wai Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly, everyone from Erik (my point of contact for service to the valets. I chose to stay and wait for the recall service to be completed, Erik explained to me that it would take longer than expected because there was a power outage and the computers were down. He offered me a lender vehicle right away. I still chose to stay and wait, since I brought a good book with me. ;-) Erik continued to check on me to see if I was ok and offered a loaner car again. Since computers were still down I decided to take him up on his offer. Since I took advantage of the loaner vehicle, I decided to have them change my oil, replace my wipers and check all fluids. Everything I requested was completed, and I was called the next morning by Erik to let me I could pick up my vehicle at any time before 5. I just wanted to say that everyone was friendly, helpful and they didn't forget about you once you dropped off your vehicle. I was very satisfied with the entire team. Thank you! More
