I came in at 4:20 with a scheduled appointment for 4:30. When first arriving, I stood by my car for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me waiting (although I was very visable). Steve was horrible to deal with. He is completely arrogant and exhausting to speak with. He asks questions and then cuts you off when you answer them. Poor communication skills. When it comes to customer service quiet frankly he is NOT your guy. I’ve been a customer here for many years and even purchased my 2009 vehicle here. I could remember a time dealing with him years ago about my oil change and work needing to be done, he was very pushy and arrogant then and still is now!
