I chose to stay and wait for the recall service to be completed, Erik explained to me that it would take longer than expected because there was a power outage and the computers were down. He offered me a lender vehicle right away. I still chose to stay and wait, since I brought a good book with me. ;-) Erik continued to check on me to see if I was ok and offered a loaner car again. Since computers were still down I decided to take him up on his offer. Since I took advantage of the loaner vehicle, I decided to have them change my oil, replace my wipers and check all fluids. Everything I requested was completed, and I was called the next morning by Erik to let me I could pick up my vehicle at any time before 5. I just wanted to say that everyone was friendly, helpful and they didn't forget about you once you dropped off your vehicle. I was very satisfied with the entire team. Thank you! More

My salesman Anthony Mayfield was easy to deal with, we told him what we wanted to pay for the Pilot lease and he was able to meet our demands pretty quickly no long stretched out haggling. Nothing was done I told the rep that the car was running rough, engine was very noisy, also that there was a shrill sound when the driver side door opened, I had rec I told the rep that the car was running rough, engine was very noisy, also that there was a shrill sound when the driver side door opened, I had recorded the sound on my phone and had the rep hear it and some of the safety features were not working properly, on the completion order it said car was running as per standards for model of car. It still races and is noisy. The solution for the door sound was that they greased the door hinge. Which has nothing to do with the sound, which is still going on as bad as ever.. And finally on my safety features I have the word Dismiss showing on the dial which I never saw before. So as far as I am concerned I wasted almost three hours of my time for a car wash, nothing was done. More
If I could give less than 1 star I would. The advisor was rude, and annoyed because I refused a $600 service. Which in my opinion half the nonsense on the list isn’t even needed.
