We received exceptional service. We arrived a bit ahead of our scheduled appointment but Chris handled us expeditiously. We planned on dropping off the car & taking a loaner. However, Chris assured us of our scheduled appointment but Chris handled us expeditiously. We planned on dropping off the car & taking a loaner. However, Chris assured us that the repairs would be done within an hour and he was true to his word. The facility was very comfortable for the duration of our wait and even the coffee was very good. Jessica Sanchez was very helpful in rescheduling our appointment to match our schedule since we were traveling from Staten Island. She actually gave us a same day appointment. More
