Dropped the car off at 930 for an oil change and tire rotation. Called at 2:30 not done but said it would be done by 4:30. Show up at 4:30 it will be a couple of more minutes. I waited 3 hours at the dealer yesterday for my car battery replaced. I thought it would be nice if at least let me know about how long it will take and inform me when he knew still be for a while. Could not be a better experience. I realized I had an issue with my Civic late in the afternoon. The Service Department has availability still, same day. I brought in immediately and was treated quickly issue with my Civic late in the afternoon. The Service Department has availability still, same day.
