everything went well everyone except for one service specialist was very aware of coronavirus protection ( I think he was a manager because he went into a separate office. everyone except for one service specialist was very aware of coronavirus protection ( I think he was a manager because he went into a separate office.) This one person walked down the aisle by the services desks with his mask completely down under his chin while he spoke to the specialist and then went to his office. This was very upsetting to me as I am in the dangerous over 75 age group and I was very leery on even bringing my car in for service.
