I had a terrible experience at Freehold Honda. I went to get an oil change and get my tires rotated. They charged me for the service and never rotated my tires or filled them up with air. I’m almost certain the filter wasn’t changed either. The manager didn’t even apologize for the mistake of their employees. I will never be returning to this dealership again. More

Always feel like I’m important to Honda. Every dealers service station I’ve ever gone to, jeep, Hyundai, VW, always seems as if they “find” something to add to the cost of a service appointment. Honda always seems like they aren’t looking to squeeze blood from a stone. I can’t tell you strongly enough how psychologically important that is to a customer. It’s the reason people don’t go to a car dealers service area. They always seem like they’re ripping you off. In the years my wife and I have been buying from Honda we have never, not once, felt this way. And the service specialists go out of their way always, to make us feel like we’re family, not just customers. More
Horrible experience. For starters my service rep worked very hard to push additional service and treated my like a complete idiot who has no idea about cars. I DECLINED oil change with my warranty service, very hard to push additional service and treated my like a complete idiot who has no idea about cars. I DECLINED oil change with my warranty service, 200 miles later car had oil leak from the filter. I discovered my car had an original Honda filter installed instead of Fram Ultra filter (which I always use) that was on the car. Honda of Freehold still claim they never did oil change. This was the first and last time i will service my car there. More
