The service writer replaced additional parts to jack up the bill. Then told me part wasn’t covered under Honda warranty. When I did my research the fuel pump is covered under the drive train warranty. So the bill. Then told me part wasn’t covered under Honda warranty. He was very helpful in recommending what may be the best option for fixing leak from axle seal considering high mileage on the c resolving the issue. When I went back for my first service, instead of taking 2 minutes out to get me a welcome package as promised, he ignored me for 20 minutes. F2f finally when I walked up to his deskhe Saudi can only get welcome package based on my referral for them. So not only did he make me feel unwelcome , he gave me false information just to try and get rid of me faster. I would not recommend using this dealership. More
