Frst, I always feel like the dealer is trying to upsell repair/maintenance work. Honda says it has one of the lowest costs of ownership but it always seems like regular maintenance costs me more than my other two non Honda vehicles. Second, the checkout process is very inefficient for the customer. The shop calls you to tell you the repairs are complete, what was done, and the final cost. However, when you show up to retrieve your vehicle, you can’t go directly to the Cashier to pay for the service. You need to wait for a service advisor who explains everything that was done again for the second time. Then he has to walk you over to the Cashier for payment. On the most recent visit, I had to wait about 10 minutes for a Service Advisor to become free to walk me over to the Cashier to pay for my service. I would put the paperwork at the Cashier and, only if I have additional questions, I should have to talk to the Service Advisor. This would improve the pick up experience for the Customer. More

So I got up there driving in the rain which took over an hour. When the salesman called the sales manager into the deal the text became worthless. He would not honor anything in the text. So I lost my temper and cursed him out. He replied that I should do the same. I was so angry that after cursing him again I left the dealership. However I decided to go to Honda Universe in Lakewood. I was treated with kindness and respect. Everyone was professional and courteous. So I bought a 2025 crv exl from them. More
