We have dealt with Ron a number of times in the last two years. He's always been clear with the pricing, never wasted our time, and never pulled any stereotypical car-dealer tricks that we all anticipate w years. He followed up for several months after our purchases to make sure that everything was OK. Our latest purchase took exactly 60 minutes to complete from when we walked in to when we drove off the lot in a new Accord. We only hope that Honda keeps making cars that meet our needs so we don't have to go anywhere else to buy a car. More
Leased a Honda Odyssey. Took lease for 15K miles. Put it through with 12K miles and fighting with finance company to fix. So far, I have spoke to 5 friends and customers on their lot and talked them out of buying from this dealership. It was the worst buying experience of my life. Honda of Freehold is very professional in the manner in which they conduct business. Sales personell are given parameters to which they close deals individually. The only time we saw their Sales Manager, D which they conduct business. Sales personell are given parameters to which they close deals individually. The only time we saw their Sales Manager, Dean Palumbo, was after the sale was concluded. Dean was a help to us in the steps to be taken to return a leased car to another dealership. Also, every incentive was given to us without difficulty. High five to everyone including their Finance department. Thank you Honda of freehold. More
Terrible experience at this dealership. I was quoted a price and finance rate on the phone only to have them tell me it was not correct once I sat there are filled out paper work for an hour. Before going to the dealership, we had already done our research. We looked up the car we were interested on various dealership websites and checked their prices and deals out. Prices were pretty much the same across the board, so we did not expect a much reductions. We were asked to work with Justine Falica. She was professional and friendly. She made the procurement process go very smoothly. Justine called our insurance company and added the new vehicle. She also showed us the features our new car had. Her approach was very natural and friendly. We did not feel any pressure as we often do with sales people. We also worked with Mr. Zahid Syed who helped us with our financing. He took his time to explain to us our options and the pros and cons of each. He was very courteous and professional. Overall, we had very pleasant experience at this dealership. We’re planning to purchase a van in the winter and this dealership will definitely be our first top. More
