The main reason I have given top ratings to this dealership is due to the salesperson, Evelyn, whom I dealt with. For me, it is twofold: the salesperson and the price. My son needed a car and Evelyn was extremely patient and kind and informative. I have been dealing with this dealership for over ten years. Prior to Evelyn, I always dealt with Mary Sabine, who recommended Evelyn. I have through the years recommended other people to Honda of Freehold. Evelyn is a great asset to Honda as is Mary Sabine to Mercedes. I don't care for pushy salespeople, and both Mary and Evelyn are anything but pushy! True professionals! More
completely disorganized. repeatedly ignore my attempts to get the numbers on my deal,attempted to hit me with additional unexpected fees. Told over and over some one would contact me for two days and about 1 get the numbers on my deal,attempted to hit me with additional unexpected fees. Told over and over some one would contact me for two days and about 12 attempts later still no return call from a manager. I do not feel they appreciate the business. When i was at the dealership the floor manager was yelling at all the salespeople so loud my girlfriend was actually frightened. Over all a bad experience. I never worked so hard to get a company to take our money... If they werent the only dealer who has the car in stock i would stop immediately and take my money elsewhere. As of now not sure if i will close with them. I am looking for another delaership that is honest and appreciates our business. Follwo up: So i continued my attempts to contact any one that would give me some help. I spoke to Rob Flannigan i believe who also gave me a bunch of empty promises telling me someone will send me a response immediately after 2 hours and no responses and two more meails and three phone calls. I finaaly was put in touch with Jose san pedro who informed me that they were a little shady on the details of my deal and he gave me the real deal. If you hate yourself and your time and you decide to deal with these people make sure to talk to Jose. he is the only informed honest person there More

Never seen a new Honda Car Battery last less than 3 years . I think these people might have replaced the battery . Be Careful!! There Customer service sucks!! It goes for endless wait and had very bad experience getting my license plate . they delayed over a month . Different people tell different stories about the delays . I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last year. (2004 PILOT and 2005 S2000) There are 5 other competing dealers within a reasonable area (1 hour drive) yet I can not recommend the others last year. Kevin O'Hara in the "internet sales" department answered all my questions on the phone without the usual "Come on down--I'll make it happen--what will it take to get you in the car today" crap. NO PRESSURE and honest pricing and yes he gave a firm ultra-competitive quote on the phone that was later reduced a couple hundred to meet a price from a dealer 600 miles away. He was honest and actually asked me to think twice about ordering the front spoiler as I have high curbs that might be a problem. I never felt like a number either as I moved onto the Finance manager (Teddy). These guys are professionals and you will spend less time and get a great deal in the process. More
