I actually went to Honda of Freehold to have my 2001 Accord serviced, btw the service department was very helpful also. But as I was waiting I decided to walk over to the sales room. Willie was introduced to me and I felt completely at ease to work with him on buying a new Honda - he is down to earth, friendly,listens to your needs and wants, and works out the best deal for you. I picked up my new car the next day! He even called my insurance company for me. So if a Honda is what you are looking for, ask for Willie! More

This was an internet sale. I have done the internet thing 3 times previous and they were all fantastic. What is surpising is they well all done with dealers who were rated 4.5 or higher, just a coinci thing 3 times previous and they were all fantastic. There is always a bit of apprehension when you go to the dealer, is this ligit, what is going to change when I get there. Everything was just as discussed in the emails. Pricing was exact, absolutely no pressure to buy a warranty or Lojack. Attitude was you want this???? No, ok. Signed the paper work, gave a deposit, and returned the next day to pick up the car. Justine was a true pleasure to work with. She was friendly, honest, and cooperative with all of our requests. There was no pressure to have to come down. One other dealer in North Jersey said I must come into the dealership, guess there rating less than 2.5. Obviously when purchasing new price is a big consideration, let me say this, in my mind, I truely got a great deal with a great dealership. I never have the dealer do service, NEVER. Between the ratings here, and my experience with the sales team, I would consider using their service department. I really feel I was dealing with honest and upfront people. I would suggest go shopping around get your best price and presented it to Freehold Honda, if they match or are very close, go for it. More

We have dealt with Ron a number of times in the last two years. He's always been clear with the pricing, never wasted our time, and never pulled any stereotypical car-dealer tricks that we all anticipate w years. Our latest purchase took exactly 60 minutes to complete from when we walked in to when we drove off the lot in a new Accord. We only hope that Honda keeps making cars that meet our needs so we don't have to go anywhere else to buy a car. More
Leased a Honda Odyssey. Took lease for 15K miles. Put it through with 12K miles and fighting with finance company to fix.
