I went in on April 22 just to look at cars, I had a few quotes, but wanted to compare the civics I was looking at. Then I went inside to ask some questions. She was friendly, knowleadgeable, and did everything she possibly could to set me up with a vehicle. She worked with Lonnie to come up with terms that accomodated the quote I received and the cars I was looking at. They were very apologetic and came up with several options for me to choose from. I test drove two cars that night and ended up purchasing the Honda Civic LX. On Friday I returned to complete the financial portion. Justine had already had my insurance set up and was friendly while I was waiting for my turn with the financial person. Dean was also friendly and honest in his reccomendations for my car and what would meet my knees. Upon leaving, everyone congratulated me, Justine showed me all the details of the car and I drove off the lot. Overall, I felt comfortable at the dealer, had great service from all the people I dealt with there and would definitely return. More
