I went in on April 22 just to look at cars, I had a few quotes, but wanted to compare the civics I was looking at. Then I went inside to ask some questions. I was given a quote from the internet department, but unfortunately it was not a correct quote. There I met Justine, I was immediately at ease with her. She was friendly, knowleadgeable, and did everything she possibly could to set me up with a vehicle. She worked with Lonnie to come up with terms that accomodated the quote I received and the cars I was looking at. They were very apologetic and came up with several options for me to choose from. I test drove two cars that night and ended up purchasing the Honda Civic LX. On Friday I returned to complete the financial portion. Justine had already had my insurance set up and was friendly while I was waiting for my turn with the financial person. Dean was also friendly and honest in his reccomendations for my car and what would meet my knees. Upon leaving, everyone congratulated me, Justine showed me all the details of the car and I drove off the lot. Overall, I felt comfortable at the dealer, had great service from all the people I dealt with there and would definitely return. More

I have already told many friends and relatives about this wonderful experience. Mr. Lopez leads by example and has set a very high bar for customer service for his employees. I don't know how else to compliment them, but I guess telling everyone I know about their high quality customer sevice is the best way for me to show appreciation for their hard work and at the same time, steer my friends and relatives onto a great dealership. They gave me a great price. Although they did not have what I wanted in stock, they found one for me in 2 days. I did price the car elsewhere, but ultimately came back to them. They offered me the best price and I felt that they would serve my needs better than other dealerships. AT the time of the purchase, the deal was handled smoothly. BOTH OF THESE GENTLEMEN ANSWERED ALL MY MANY QUESTIONS TO MY SATISFACTION .IT WAS APPARENT THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING .
