My husband and I just purchased a 2011 Honda Accord EX-L from Honda of Freehold. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by a very friendly salesman named Kumar. Kumar was quick to understand what opt from Honda of Freehold. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by a very friendly salesman named Kumar. Kumar was quick to understand what options we were looking for in a new car and in no time we were test driving the Accord EX-L. Kumar was a delight to work with and he made us feel as though we were the only people at the dealership. The experience was great and no one pressured us or was pushy or arrogant in any way. While we didn't purchase the car during that visit, we ended up back there and Kumar was just as helpful as the time before. He went above and beyond to show us the cars we were considering and he was very knowledgeable about the cars. When it was time for price negotiations we dealt with Tom T. one of the sales managers. He too was a pleasure to work with. Buying a new car is stressful but at Honda of Freehold we felt comfortable throughout the process. We ended up very happy with the car we purchased. When we picked up our car it was immaculate and Kumar patiently went over all of the features with us. All in all, our car buying experience at Honda of Freehold was excellent from start to finish. Service on the vehicles I have bought has been good, and if there was a problem, it has usually been taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Don't get me wrong they were nice people to deal with in the past but this time get a PERFECT 10 in all categories. We were looking at a Certified Preowned 2011 Honda Odyssey. Brian Binner was the sales rep and he was so courteous and respectful of our budget. The manager we dealt with was Andrew Woolcock and he went WAAAAAYYYYYYY ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. He was more like a friend than a manager and I say that honestly. Even Stewart in finance was pleasant to deal with. He was NOT pushing me to buy a warranty that I couldn't afford.
