I always have great experiences at Honda of Freehold, however this time was TOP NOTCH! DJ Wilson, my salesman was so helpful in trying his best to get me in the vehicle I wanted. I went to dealership looking into a new car. I got there knowing the car i wanted was on the lot but had to wait about an hour hour and a half to get any help from a sales person. After waiting I sat down w knowing the car i wanted was on the lot but had to wait about an hour hour and a half to get any help from a sales person. After waiting I sat down with the salesman and told him what I wanted I told him I want a civic in a stick he replies civics don't come in stick. So basically he didn't know his product and when I told him he was wrong there was one listed online his response was well why do you want a stick nobody wants one anymore. After going back and forth he said well i don't know where the car is which was right out back and he tried to get me to come back another day to test drive it. I told him no I have been here for over an hour waiting to be seen by someone I wanna take a look at the car now and if I leave I will not be coming back. The salesman then did find the car and we took it for a drive the price was insanely over priced and the salesman was being rude and pushy so I turned him down that night figuring I could look at other dealerships. I had a offer where they sent you a rebate check for test driving a car not buying test driving. I was told it would take about 7 days to come in the mail and now 4 weeks later after making phone calls to the dealer and speaking with the manager about this issue I would hate to see anyone else go through what I did. Honda of Freehold does not know how to treat their customers and does not hold up to their offers. My sister and brother inlaw went about a week or two before me and walked out basically because they had to wait an hour or two as well and then the salesman tried talking them into a different car after saying this is what they want and this is what they will get if they get it. More

He was very courteous, I did not feel pressured or rushed to purchase a new car. In the end I decided to lease a 2013 Honda Civic SD. I absolutely love my new Honda, I feel safe when driving with my grandchildren in the car. Everyone at Honda of Freehold was just lovely and very friendly. I also meet with Sales Manager, Carlos Cruz, he thanked me choosing Honda of Freehold and added that if I have any questions or concerns I should feel free to call. I selected to purchase Resistall EnviroGuard Advanced Protection, and DentGuard. Mr. Neil Hutkin, Finance Manager, took the time to advise me of all the products available to a new car owner. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Resistall was installed on August 30, 2013, The Service Adviser was Butch, he also was quite knowledgeable and very nice as well. Overall my experience with Honda of Freehold was pleasant and I actually had a good time while selecting my new car. I was was referred to Honda of Freehold by one of my best friends, She also purchased several Honda cars from Honda of Freehold.
