I walked into Honda of Freehold on the Saturday before Halloween. To my surprise I was greeted by the friendly sales personnel dressed in some really fantastic Halloween costumes. Fabian had approached me dressed as a teddy bear, Ted, and I could tell right away that he had a great personality for helping me find the perfect car. I originally came into Honda of Freehold just to check out the civic, but wasn't sure about leasing the car on this particular Saturday. Well my mind was easily made up after Fabian took me for a test drive in one of the 2013 civics. He assisted all my needs in what I really wanted in a car and was not pushy about me leasing the car that day. Fabian worked with me to find a good price that met my needs, and even helped me find a great insurance quote. Peter who worked in fiance also assisted in my great experience in this car leasing process and explained everything to me in details that I could understand. Over all I could not have felt more comfortable and happy with my purchase at Honda of Freehold and I would recommend all of my friends looking for a new car to head over to my new friend, Fabian. More

Honda of Freehold wasted my time. I originally leased my car from them but it was expiring. I was hoping to get a great deal but it never happened. First, this guy forgot about my appointment. I showed u car from them but it was expiring. I was hoping to get a great deal but it never happened. First, this guy forgot about my appointment. I showed up for the time that we scheduled but was told he was not in. The girl called him and he said he would be on his way. After 30 minutes or so, he shows up. So I already lost valuable time waiting for this guy. He didn't even apologize. bad mistake. That already made me very defensive. Promising lower price when it was not true and the salesman was not friendly. They promised me a price and told me to give a deposit. I paid the deposit with a debit card. After 2 days, they tell me that the price is higher because my credit is bad. Then they dragged their feet in refunding me the money. Took almost 2 weeks to get a credit on my account. Stay about from this dealer and especially Tom. More

I have been going to Evelyn for many years. Recently, my I have been going to Evelyn for many years. Recently, my daughter was in need of a new used car. There was only one salesperson to see and that wa I have been going to Evelyn for many years. Recently, my daughter was in need of a new used car. There was only one salesperson to see and that was Evelyn. Evelyn is friendly yet, professional and patient. She makes you feel very comfortable, and NOT pushy at all. My daughter was in dire need of a car and Evelyn, along with the finance manager, made certain that she drove her Honda home that same night. Between the finance and endless paperwork, the deal was not complete until 11 p.m. that night. It is so rare to find anyone with such "work ethics" as those of Evelyn and the finance manager who assisted with the paperwork. I always refer Evelyn to everyone I know. Honda is a great product, but it is Evelyn that keeps me returning to Honda of Freehold. As always, thank you Evelyn!! More

Out of 5 dealerships we visited honda was our choice. Dj was very professional, and courteous. Unlike other sales man he did not try to push us into something we were not comfortable in, but rather listene was very professional, and courteous. I went to Honda of Freehold with the intention of test driving an Accord and then moving on to other dealers to test drive other sedans. I had the pleasure of being served by John Holland who is a fairly new salesman. We spent quite a few hours going over the features and anything he couldn't answer about the car, he quickly found someone who could. He was so easy to work with and his genuine, friendly nature and honest character made a dreaded car shopping chore into a pleasure. I left Honda of Freehold the owner of a beautiful Accord and the knowledge that John will be available to answer questions if I have them. More
