Brad is the most knowledgeable, professional, kind and helpful sales person I have encountered in a long time. He had patiently showed me various alternatives, pointing distinctive features in different models which helped to make the right choice. In the price negotiations he managed to find the elusive and fine balance between protecting his company's interest and satisfying the customer. He took meticulous care to highlight important features which are not obvious in a new car, in sincere effort to ensure our safety and enjoyment. Buyer Beware! I got there at 6pm on a Thursday and left at 11pm. The sales person had no idea how to sell a car and knew nothing about the car. I asked a couple qu I got there at 6pm on a Thursday and left at 11pm. The sales person had no idea how to sell a car and knew nothing about the car. I asked a couple questions like one about how to activate the Honda roadside assistance and he had no idea, I also asked how many gallons of gas the car took to fill the tank. He googled it since he had no idea. The dealer ran my credit and never gave me a copy of the credit report and I did not believe my score was as low as they said it was, and looking at my FICO score online it’s much higher. I think that was just a scam to get a higher payment out of me. I was not told the interest rate that I am paying. The Dealership was doing everything sneakily to try to get every penny they could out of me. The salesperson never talked to me about the price, his manager kept returning with numbers he would not budge on. I am convinced that I was ripped off but. The only reason I went through with the transaction was that I was able to lower my car payment by about $20 a month from switching from a 2014 Nissan Rouge to a 2016 Honda Civic. I had to wait over two (2) hours after I was done with the salesperson to go to the finance office to lease the car. During that time, the salesperson made me look up the information for my current lease so that I could get the payoff amount. He also made me call my insurance company to add the new car to the policy. Every other dealership does both for the customer. I asked the salesperson and the finance person about oil changes. Most dealers give you at least the first three (3) oil changes free. Not at Honda of Freehold! Again, they are too concerned with maximizing their profit to care about the customers. I will be getting my car serviced at a different dealership as I am done with this one. My next Honda will also come from a different dealer. The car is great but the staff is horrible. I would strongly recommend a different Honda dealer. More
