Great leasing experience! My wife and I had done our homework and left our house knowing what we wanted: to lease a new Honda Civic or Toyota Corolla. We were nicely greeted at this Honda dealership and immediately interacted with Paul Ditolla, a very personable and knowledgeable young man who answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We were very impressed during our test drive, so our old car was appraised and used as down payment, the Civic's price and monthly payment were negotiated, financing arranged, and all paperwork was completed in about three hours, at which point we drove home in our nice new Civic. Great experience overall! More

Disorganized, Unprofessional and Disrespectful My wife and I, together with our son went to Honda of Freehold, New Jersey on August 27, 2016, looking to bring home an Accord hybrid. We, however, le My wife and I, together with our son went to Honda of Freehold, New Jersey on August 27, 2016, looking to bring home an Accord hybrid. We, however, left empty handed with a bad taste in our mouths. Here are my thoughts and impression on the dealership that I want to share with you: 1) The dealership was disorganized. I had done my research and solicited several quotes before accepting an invitation from Tiffany, an internet sales representative for a visit to the dealership. The plan was for her to meet with us early in the afternoon before taking us to Chris, a sales consultant whom my wife and I had met at a previous visit prior to my internet research. But Tiffany was unavailable upon our arrival. While we were waiting, a person who appeared to be a floor manager but never introduced himself announced that Ron would be helping us, claiming that Chris was with someone else. Though we specifically requested Chris, he insisted that they were all the same, and “Ron will take care of you.” When we sat down, the dealership’s computer system failed to identify me as an internet customer, and much to our dismay, the Accord that was brought out for our test drive did not have its Multi-information Display activated - a crucial feature we wanted to see (but did not realize it was not on until we got on the road.) 2) The sales representative was less than professional. In contrast to our initial experience with Chris, from the get-go, Ron did not appear to be interested in working with us. He was hanging out with another person on the floor when the manager called on him, and needed to be coerced to come over. His demeanor was cold; his action was slow; and his attitude towards us was either ignorant or arrogant. When it was time for a test drive, the ride was filled with awkward silence except for our efforts to strike up some conversation. Ron did not offer to show us any features or demonstrate the capabilities of the vehicle. For our questions, all we got were indifferent one-liners. And our concern about the lack of our favorite colors was met with a shrug. When I asked why there was no camera display for right turns and backup, he replied in an irritated tone, “That’s because it isn’t turned on yet!” And he never made an apology for the car not being properly prepared for our test drive. 3) The Management failed to make potential buyers feel welcome. Due to the dealership’s disorganization and its sales person’s unprofessionalism, much time had been wasted and frustration continued when Peter was brought over for the final pitch. He claimed to be the general manager of the store and acted condescendingly, repeatedly brushing off our request for a clear best offer. When we finally presented a copy of an email printout from a nearby competitor with a much lower price, he appeared flustered and shocked us all by blurting out: “Then why didn’t you go to that dealership?” Good question. If I don’t feel welcomed or treated respectfully, why would I spend my thousands here? More

He was also very patient and professional esp during the negotiations for final price. after we did purchase the car, Brad was very thorough in explaining the technical information about the vehicle.
