This was my first time leasing and I knew little about the process but phil and Tiffany were able to explain to me exactly how it worked and which option would be the better path for me, leasing or buying. I did not feel pressured by either of them to make a decision that night. But I was given an exceptional deal on leasing a brand new car that I could not pass up! Phil was extremely patient in letting me explore my options with different cars and let me look at several different models. It was actually a very easy and smooth experience especially as a first time lease! These two are exceptional and professional sales people and I highly recommend them! More

So rude! I sat down with a salesman, talked to him for about 15 minutes. Early in the discussion I was asked to sign a form saying that I would purchase a car I sat down with a salesman, talked to him for about 15 minutes. Early in the discussion I was asked to sign a form saying that I would purchase a car that day if I was offered a price i liked. Should have seen the warning signs right then. However, I continued the conversation with the salesman and identified specific cars in their inventory I was interested in looking at based on color and trim level. Plan was to go test drive one. Manager came over, wanted to know my time frame for purchase, which I said was 1-2 weeks. Next thing I know I'm told the salesman I was talking to is unavailable because two other customers of his came in (umm, i was already there... and what am I ?), and no other salesman was available to give me a test drive either. Can I come back at another time? In the meantime, I should feel free to drive to their remote lot - which I found to have hundreds of locked cars jammed together like toothpicks - and take a look at what's there by myself. Gee, thanks! Talk about not being valued as a potential customer! I will be shopping somewhere else, recommend you do too. More

Terrible experience Was brought in on a 'too good to be true' ad by Corinna. when i went there I wasn't met by Corinna but by sAlesmAn, Anwar. Anwar was unaware of this ad and had no idea how they could honor such an ad. Anwar had his sales manager come over.'his manager asked me over and over again asking if I was willing to make a deal that night. I said , sure if u can honor it. this gentleman said his boss would be so unhappy that this deal was made public cuz it's too good to be true. I said that's not my problem and if this is the way you do business here I don't know if I want to be a customer of this dealership. This is not the way I do business. I didn't make up this ad, you did! After getting on the phone, I found I had trouble at home and couldn't make this deal happen that night. He was pressuring me to tell him what was going on. It is absolutely none of his business what is going on in my personal life!!! What was happening at home took more precedent of leasing a car that njght. The sales manager became irate and stormed off like a spoiled child making me feel 100% uncomfortable. I left without an apology by the sales manager. Anwar was more compassionate. But these sleazy sales tactics are terrible. More
