After a couple days of being highly upset and unsatisfied, i went back a second time. The first time i worked with Malorie. She’s a nice woman but seemed new and was very forgetful when it came to giving me items she was suppose to during my car purchase, making my service appts and me later finding out the appt was never made, etc. I felt i had to constantly remind her of things that i shouldn’t have as the customer. The second time I met and worked with Sam. He laid out ALL the numbers and options for me and thanks to him I was able to pay off my old lease on the car i didn’t want and finance the car I wanted. More

Very dissatisfied I purchased my 2019 Honda Ridgeline from Honda of Freehold because the truck I wanted was coming in with 2 days. I last purchased 2013 Honda Accord f I purchased my 2019 Honda Ridgeline from Honda of Freehold because the truck I wanted was coming in with 2 days. I last purchased 2013 Honda Accord from Hamilton Honda. I should have waited and bought vehicle from them. I've had issues with service manager Sal. He is very confrontational and slammed his hands down on my door after I turned vehicle off because all of the diagnostic lights were on. I felt like an outsider. They sold me vehicle then through me under the bus. I had an issue with my drivers side seat and Sal and service writer Steve said they could not do anything because it was a wear issue. I then spoke with Eli and said he would take care of it. HE NEVER DID! Come on! Vehicle had just over 5K on it. They would not honor warranty. I then took my vehicle to upholstery shop. They looked at seat and told me seat cover was too loose not a wear issue. I now go to Hamilton Honda for my service and warranty (I have extended warranty). I will NEVER step foot in that HOSTILE DEALSHIP again and would not recommend them for anything. So Team Eli JImenez, Sal Hernandez and Steve Mutchler did not help me out after spending over 40k on a vehicle. More
Just read my story and you'll know what to do. I wish I was joking about my experience, I wish it wasn't an actual thing that happened, but it did, and it happened at Honda of Freehold in 2019! I wish I was joking about my experience, I wish it wasn't an actual thing that happened, but it did, and it happened at Honda of Freehold in 2019! Here is the list of issues with the Accord I thought was new! 1, Car had a prior owner - Registration and insurance left in Glove box – Something NO ONE told me and had they not left the evidence in the glove box I wouldn’t have known. Some would say selling a previously registered car as new is FRAUD… 2, Car had hundreds of miles on it not 22 the contract said. 3, Car had a chip on the door that was hidden behind cheap door guards I luckily had removed before leaving the dealership. 4, Car had a damaged driver's side door handle. 5, Car was not properly prepared from the garbage (literal garbage, jolly rancher wrapper in the center console), foot prints on passenger mat, "to be removed by dealer" paper on the back headrest etc. 6, Didn't even get a full tank of gas! I was left with 3/4ths of a tank 7, No one called me when my plates came in… 8, They charged me to mail my plates to me! 9, All they cared about was the survey that you get from Honda. 10, I saved the best for last as if the 9 issues above weren’t enough especially number 1... if that wasn't enough for one person to go through in their entire lifetime of car buying the whole premise of getting this car was that they would pay off the remaining Civic lease payments. I was 100% clear about this as I was about the money I was putting down and the payments, terms etc. About 5 weeks after getting the car I get a letter from Honda saying I owed them close to 600$. They said Honda of freehold bought the car but didn't pay off the lease... wow! So, I reached out to Amir Abraham and Anthony Mayfield asking where the lease payment check was, and they said they had no record of ever committing to paying it off… I wish this was a dream I wish this wasn't 100% true but it is. Run away from these people! Drive a little further to another dealership and don't end up like me. More

Poor Used Sales Drove 2 hours to dealership after telling them that car needed to be cleaned and ready to drive off lot 2 days prior. Was told a bunch of lies. Syrup stains on seats, pink marker stains on gray floor liner, pine needles and mud throughout car. They mislead you with pictures that show no damage. Van had damage to sunshade on side door that was definitely not shown. Back bay carpet is covered by putting third row seats down in picture. Missing headset for dvd. Bald tires on front of a supposed Certified PreOwned vehicle. Steer clear of this dealership when purchasing a vehicle. Best part is that the sales rep couldn’t even tell me information that was vital as we were test driving. More
