Nothing was done I told the rep that the car was running rough, engine was very noisy, also that there was a shrill sound when the driver side door opened, I had rec I told the rep that the car was running rough, engine was very noisy, also that there was a shrill sound when the driver side door opened, I had recorded the sound on my phone and had the rep hear it and some of the safety features were not working properly, on the completion order it said car was running as per standards for model of car. It still races and is noisy. The solution for the door sound was that they greased the door hinge. Which has nothing to do with the sound, which is still going on as bad as ever.. And finally on my safety features I have the word Dismiss showing on the dial which I never saw before. So as far as I am concerned I wasted almost three hours of my time for a car wash, nothing was done. More

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The advisor was rude, and annoyed because I refused a $600 service. Which in my opinion half the nonsense on the list isn’t even needed.
