I respect you guys for quality work. It deserves 5 stars. The only thing that upset me and left with feelings of being cheated on is when the rep told me that we are going to do standard 15k mile maintenance The only thing that upset me and left with feelings of being cheated on is when the rep told me that we are going to do standard 15k mile maintenance, which in my head sounds like a list of mandatory items that the manufacturer wants me to do to keep my warranty, thus I agreed. However, when I looked at the bill after the work has been done, in the description of two items it said - "the customer requested...". Now, I don't know what should have been done and thus I would have never requested something that is not needed. It is possible that wheel alignment is mandatory at 15k maintenance, but with the description like that I will never believe it was at that moment. Transparency is the key... More
