I had a terrible experience at Freehold Honda. I went to get an oil change and get my tires rotated. They charged me for the service and never rotated my tires or filled them up with air. The tires were mar get an oil change and get my tires rotated. They charged me for the service and never rotated my tires or filled them up with air. The tires were marked prior to the appointment. I’m almost certain the filter wasn’t changed either. The manager didn’t even apologize for the mistake of their employees. I will never be returning to this dealership again. More
