After waiting a month to get my Honda Odyssey due to lights coming on , I was told to come and get it , only to be told it's not ready on 6/21/2020. Went back 6/23/20 waited 37 mins . Over 20 or more people passed me by Finally I got my van. there's more to the story , now I have to call back to say van not working light is still coming on . Disgusted is not the word . I have under under line issues. Afraid of Honda Frehold. This is my 2nd Honda Odyssey. Maybe my last. Problem vehicle , unprofessional staff. They lied , I called to get the key fixed , one told me 2days , called back less than 30mins JJ told me 1hr to set it . More

No 6ft distance, 12,000 miles went into shock for $269.
