I scheduled service on July 3, 2020 at 7:30am. I was the very first customer checked in by Mike. At around 9am, I noticed several customers finished ahead of me. I only needed an oil change so I approached very first customer checked in by Mike. At around 9am, I noticed several customers finished ahead of me. I only needed an oil change so I approached Mike and inquired. He was very condescending in his answers (‘Yup’ was all his answer meaning a ‘yes’). I was patient enough to give it more time. After 15 minutes, I asked again and he said my car is almost ready. I waited again, but decided to ask for the Service Manager. He gave all sorts of explanation (‘covid-19’ ‘DCH is not even servicing cars’ etc.) which I thought had nothing to do with my situation. The Manager even turned away and proceeded to his office in the middle of our conversation.....VERY POOR SERVICE.....I DON’T RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More
First time buyer at HOF. My salesman, Anwar, was excellent. He was informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and he worked with me to settle upon a sale price that was agreeable to both parties excellent.
