Hi, Steve, who helped with our service was excellent, polite, thorough, delivered on time. Also price was good for all services. I think the dealership could do a better job with coronavirus issues. Example: even though there was glass between me and the service employee. If I chose to sit, we would have been back to back. We chose to stand. Also, the employee that I would have sat behind either has a cold or allergies as he has to blow his nose and his nose was very red. I wondered if you were doing temp checks, like many businesses are doing now. Hand sanitizer could be more readily available as we shared pens. Steve did have some. More

Justin was nice but cleaning was non existent. Will have Justin a 4-5 stars but cleaning at Honda 0 stars. In almost 4 hours for a leaky tire not one cleaning person.
