Service was excellent despite spending $230 for maintenance. One thing that bothered me during this COVID19 Epidemic. It's great that you did take precautions of placing plexiglass between the s maintenance. One thing that bothered me during this COVID19 Epidemic. It's great that you did take precautions of placing plexiglass between the service manager & the customer but the service manager in the next desk (right behind me) 2 foot spacing. I wasn't very comfortable being that close. I stood up & asked my son as well to stand by the cars. Suggestion: Service managers desk so close to each should alternate days. Need more spacing during this pandemic. More

The service is very good here. The waiting area is comfortably appointed. Steve Mutchler kept me informed about what was going on with my car service.. Filled request for quote through Sam's Club autobuying program. The moment that I pushed send button got call from Sharalynn to schedule drive test. I told her that I'm interested just to get price quote program. The moment that I pushed send button got call from Sharalynn to schedule drive test. I told her that I'm interested just to get price quote for concrete model. Reply was that she can give me MSRP price and I need to come personally to get the quote. My experience in buying or leasing car( 2 car purchased and 1 car leased just in last 5 years) everything were done over email and phone. To dealership we came just to sign papers and pick up new car. Hassling and bargaining over price in dealership personally for me is outdated and not pleasant. So I called other dealers and got my quotes elsewhere. More
