Convenient scheduling. My car was done a little later than expected and Chris came out to explain the delay. When ready, Chris moved my car to the closest door for exit. The facility is clean. recall service not good I received the email about the recall of my vehicle's parts, i have made the reservation via phone and stated specifically that i need a rental car, s I received the email about the recall of my vehicle's parts, i have made the reservation via phone and stated specifically that i need a rental car, since i will drive a long way to this place. However, on the appointment day, i arrived early but was told that they did not have any rental car. Having no other choice, i asked them to send me to the freehold mall. The person drove me crazily fast to the mall around 10:20, and i just noticed that the mall would open at 11. After spending a hour or so in the mall, i started to call the service manager, but nobody was answering the phone. I have to call the front desk, they kept transferring me to the service and got mail box. After 1pm, they started to respond and around 2pm, i finally got back to the shop. The manager estimated that the job would be done by 1pm, but it was done till 3pm. Only two out of the four promised recall services were done, which means i have to take another visit. In general, i am not satisfied with this service. More
I was so pleased with my service appointment. Chris met my every need including providing trans for me so I did not have to wait such a long time at service center. He was so kind and helpful. I am very unhappy that the $1600+ trim package was not included in the first price that was given to me. Since it is not an option. I should not find out about it after the basic price was agreed on.
