Very efficient and pleasant service. Of course there is always some upselling involved, but that's par for the course and it's not done in a pushy manner. Of course there is always some upselling involved, but that's par for the course and it's not done in a pushy manner. More

We have had some odd issues and they’ve done a great job of fixing with creative solutions. 4/5 stars for them. However, it’s a mixed bag because sometimes reps are pushing SO many extras when you just come in for an oil change - and that’s unacceptable. No, I absolutely do not *need* a cabin air filter, engine air filter, and a wheel alignment with every oil change…yet the service rep seems to think that I absolutely need these things without even popping the hood. Additionally, these services are extremely overpriced when it takes a novice 13 seconds to change out both filters. The most egregious offense recently was when they offered me a $1500 “special” on their timing belt replacement — again, hood not even popped and the belt had not been inspected at all. Then the rep essentially threatened me that if the timing belt had an issue, I would need a whole new car — so it’s best I take care of it right away? This is predatory business practice and the reason why dealership service departments get a bad reputation. At the very least, this is a strong consideration for being reported to the BBB. Having said that, I have had some very positive experiences with service reps that bring me back — however the negative experiences outweigh the positive when it comes to upselling. If I didn't know anything about cars, I probably would have spent an extra $5,000+ on my car this year during routine oil changes. This latest experience is enough to not bring me back anymore. Plus, my last scheduled oil change took 3 hours. I can tolerate a long wait, but I won’t tolerate being told I need services when the technician should be the one to let me know during/after an inspection has been completed — not a customer rep that has been coached by their manager to sell sell sell after barely looking at the odometer.
