I will not go back to Honda Freehold again for service. They are not doing what they promised to do for their customers. Battery was dead at april, my CRV is three years with low mileage use. Replaced n They are not doing what they promised to do for their customers. Battery was dead at april, my CRV is three years with low mileage use. Replaced new one and the battery was tested again on August. They told me no issues were found. Then the battery die again. Total lost my trust to this dealer. Parents want a new car was gonna buy it here, but now I will go somewhere else. More
I have no complaints on the service for the vehicle. My only issue was trying to get an appointment. We call 3x times and left 2 messages to a voicemail and never received a call back.
