First service visit I took in my 2018 Civic for its first service and was expertly handled by one of the service representatives. I have not always had good experiences w I took in my 2018 Civic for its first service and was expertly handled by one of the service representatives. I have not always had good experiences when it comes to getting vehicles serviced and I sometimes feel overwhelmed in doing so. I did not feel that way at all at Honda of Fort Worth; I felt like my vehicle and I were in good hands, communication regarding service was plain and politely given, and I was kept updated throughout the process. Good customer service I am a grad student in my 20s and my husband is a teacher. A/C on my new Honda stopped working but D.W. was very kind and helpful.
