Having car trouble and Needed to have repairs on my CRV I had an unfortunate accident where I hit a curb and after replacing a tire on my own I found out there was more damage done then I had initially th I had an unfortunate accident where I hit a curb and after replacing a tire on my own I found out there was more damage done then I had initially thought. I brought my CRV to the Honda Fort Worth to get it inspected and evaluated to see needed to be done. Randal was very helpful made it easy for me to get my car repaired and helped me understand the different repairs that were going to be needed. I appreciate his kindness, professionalism and his efficiency in communicating and helping me get my car fixed in a timely manner! I went in frustrated and unsure what was wrong and left pleased with the confidence that my car was properly fixed. Although the bill was higher than I would’ve liked it wasn’t because of their charges it was because of the repairs that need to be done. I definitely trust and respect the advice I was given and appreciate Randal’s honesty as he gave me options and helped me to understand the damages done and the repairs that were needed. He made me feel comfortable and cleared up the information I didn’t understand which definitely put me at ease. Driving out with a fixed car, I am confident with the service I received at Honda and will be coming back in the future! More

Regardless of the reason you come for service, they do a complimentary check up on your car. On occasion they have found things that I needed to be aware of, but they never pressured me to approve any extra work. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable with all types of seating. There is a food counter available along with complimentary beverages of all types. As a woman I feel both respected and comfortable visiting here. I can’t tell you how many places in the past where I sat in tiny crowed waiting areas the size of my walk in closet with only “Car and Driver”, “Popular Mechanics”, and a sports channel on TV to keep me company. I will probably buy another Honda in a few years both because I love my car and also because I’ve been spoiled to the service department here as well as the great waiting area. All of these things are very important to me. More
