No Pressure! I always dread going to get my car serviced because I know that at some point I will be pressured/hassled to get more done than I had intended. During my most recent experience, I did have additional maintenance items that were recommended, but at no point did I feel any pressure from Randal to get the extra work done. He was informative and encouraged me to explore other options and that the team would be there for me if I decided to return. That's huge in my book, and I definitely look forward to returning for my next vehicle service! More
