That said, as far as service departments go, the one at Honda of Fort Worth has a lot going for it. Most of the service reps I’ve worked with have been very helpful and friendly to deal with. I purchased a Honda for its reputation for quality and price. When I explain to the reps at Honda of FW my situation (I’m on a very tight budget), I’ve never been made to feel like I was irresponsible for getting some service done elsewhere nor have I been pressured into getting unnecessary work done. For example, on my most recent visit, Brandon was great! I felt like he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He took the time to make sure everything was taken care of properly during my service visit and, with my warranty expiring within weeks, he made sure to get my failing battery replaced under warranty. I especially appreciated him keeping me abreast of the progress of my repair and giving me an idea of how long my wait time would be. Also, as an added bonus, the cafe located in the lobby is awesome and its good food (and prices), along with its staff, really compliments the service department! Knowing I won't be left waiting AND hungry makes visits much more bearable. Even though I was there for close to two hours, I felt like the wait was over before I knew it! More

Car had a problem and was fixed within an hour. Jacob at the service center was amazing and helped me from beginning to end. The service professionals explain in detail their recommendations, they tell me if repairs are are critical or can wait, and they give me updates on how the job is going. The waiting area is open and airy, and they have free fountain drinks! I can even look at the brand new models in the showroom while I wait. More
