Doing the right thing Octavia promptly called me about an online inquiry. I was not pleased with what I was hearing about the price of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. A Octavia promptly called me about an online inquiry. I was not pleased with what I was hearing about the price of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. As a consumer, the price that I see is the price I expect to pay. He explained the reasoninh behind it but our conversation lasted about 3 minutes I told him thank you but I wasn't interested at that point have long to pay more than it was originally listed for. He said he understood but would continue to look out for cars in my price range. Ten to fifteen minutes passed and he called me back stating that he has talked to his manager and that they were able to help with a minimal increase that was still in my budget. Octavia is one heck of a salesman and a credit to Honda of Ft.Worth. He could have easily went on to the next customer but he fought for me, didn't give up on me and that is the very reason why I will continue to do business with you. Octavia is a good man. You need more like him. More
