SOLD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER I have been actively working on purchasing a vehcile with Allonzo for a week, after completing credit applications and confirming with Allonzo the app I have been actively working on purchasing a vehcile with Allonzo for a week, after completing credit applications and confirming with Allonzo the application was in, he did not take action because he was "busy with other customers" and the vehicle was sold to someone else. This dealership has SERIOUS opportunities to improve their communication. I am just thankful we had not purchased airfare/travel to retrieve the vehicle already as we would have been out the cost. I spoke with Jake Johnson, Sales Manager, and he had little to say in regards to the poor communication, simply, "It's unfortunate, we were really busy Saturday." Business is no excuse for poor performance. This has been an AWFUL experience and has completly validated the stereotype of "car salesman". More

Service was prompt and staff helpful. Unfortunately, battery problem misdiagnosed. Had to jump battery 3 days after service visit. Will rate upon resolution.
