So mostly on me. For rushing to buy another vehicle. But decided to buy a 07 yukon xl denali from this dealership. Making it my 2nd vehicle purchase from them in 3 months. Alonzo was an awesome sales person decided to buy a 07 yukon xl denali from this dealership. Making it my 2nd vehicle purchase from them in 3 months. Alonzo was an awesome sales person. Found the vehicle I wanted online. Came a test drove it. Purchased it December 22nd . Vehicle drove straight down the road no problems. Really couldn't check out the back it was all taken apart so they could fix the lift gate. It wouldn't open from the outside. So we were told it would be ready monday. So they gave us a loaner car and went on our way. So we call Monday. To find out wont be ready till after christmas not a big deal. It's the holidays we understand, plus the work has to be done next door st Cadillac. So after Christmas call again and get told it isn't ready again. So my wife waits and calls the following monday and told they had to order and a pstt and it will be in today. Should be ready tomorrow. She then calls next day to hear it's not ready. She had been told several times by different employees they would call her back and give her a update. So after 22 days of them having the vehicle. We finally pick it up. We drive home and that's where xxxx started ! We hit the brakes and it literally pulls u towards the ditch on your right. Wake up the next morning and go to town. Come out to the vehicles and the battery is dead had to be jumped. Then we drive it later that night to my sons basketball game and notice the headlights are flickering and so is all the interior lights whenever u turn then on.all I advise is dont buy a fresh trade in that hasnt been inspected. Also we lost a whole month on our 6 month warranty on the vehicle. And used sales manager is suppose to be looking into that. But have no Hope's for anything on that. Will buy another vehicle from them. But will definitely have it looked at by a mechanic. Hopefully everyone can learn from this situation. Only thing I advise them to do better is just be honest and say they cant figure out what was wrong with the back hatch. Instead of giving my wife the run around. More
