Armando was awesome. He was super kind and patient with me. I am definitely unhappy with the experience outside of Armando though. The vehicle was over-priced according to KBB and I saw another vehicle wit me. I am definitely unhappy with the experience outside of Armando though. The vehicle was over-priced according to KBB and I saw another vehicle with the same exact specs for $1,000 cheaper and the sales manager refused to budge on pricing. I also had questions on the extended warranty and when Nate Woods was "explaining" it (which what he said was hardly an explanation), he was only looking at and speaking to my boyfriend. He kept saying "how I explained it to my wife is..." as if women are unable to comprehend how extended warranty works. It was ridiculous. I know this is a male dominated industry but I would hope that considering that Nate is a manager, he would have known better than to "manslpain" it to my boyfriend. I was the one purchasing the vehicle therefor he should have been addressing me and only me. I used to sell used cars and I have never had one of my customers go through the stuff that I went through and to be frank, Armando is too good for this dealership. More

I particularly loved how she corresponded with my daughter prior to entering the parents into the equation.
