She was able to give me a total price including all requested accessories, tax, title, fees, etc... when other dealerships wanted to play games and would only give me the total price if I came into the dealership. Sheri was very polite and friendly. She understood my needs/wants and delivered flawlessly including having me "pre-qualify" for financing so that time at the dealership on closing day was kept short as I requested. We will be looking to purchase my husband a new car next year. We will most definitely be purchasing from Sheri at Frank Kent. More

There are dealers closer to my home than Frank Kent, but not of the same obvious quality and pride in service! It's a shame I had to travel the extra distance, but it was worth it! All through the initial search stage, Sheri always immediately answered our e-mails and internet inquiries. She has continually followed up to make sure we are still very happy with the sale and the vehicle. Terry Smith, The Financial Advisor, worked with us through every step of the final purchase. He did let us know what other options, such as extened warrenty, maintenace plan, etc. was available but he let us make the decision and did not try to force us into anything we did not need or want. Since the sales AND service have been so great I've even asked Sheri to locate another Civic SI for another trade. Frank Kent, Sheri Ballard and Terry Smith have made me a believer that there are Car Sales and Service people that still believe in customer service! More
