Frank Kent is a great Dealership to do business with. I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord and a 2012 Civic. I came to Frank Kent Honda dealership to look at new cars. I really didn't intend to buy that day. I owned a 1997 Honda Accord, bought it brand new, a basic model, gave great mileage, 400 miles to a t cars. I really didn't intend to buy that day. I owned a 1997 Honda Accord, bought it brand new, a basic model, gave great mileage, 400 miles to a tank(!), but I was ready to buy a new car. I heard about Jerry through my credit union so I decided to take a drive over there and look around. Within a few minutes of browsing around on my own, Jerry Wofford came out and showed me the Civic I was kind of interested in. He was very friendly and I was very comfortable dealing with him right from the start. He offered to take me for a test drive so out we went. He pointed out quite a few features on the vehicle, even had a moonroof. I thought I would be nervous because I hadn't bought a new car in fourteen years and these new ones had all this technology on them that mine didn't, but Jerry made me feel comfortable with the car right away. I knew then that I was going to buy the car, so when we got back to the dealership, we sat down and talked the sale. I was very pleased that Jerry was not the least bit pushy and everything went so smoothly the experience didn't even feel like I was buying a car. I never felt any stress during the process. Other dealerships always pressured me, so for two years I kept putting off buying a new car and finally decided on Frank Kent Honda, and I'm glad I did. I had the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I can definitely recommend these people and would buy from them again. Thank you Jerry! I also had a good experience with Travis Houser. Once we decided to purchase a mini-van, we started doing our research. My husband was set on a Honda based on feedback from friends who are owners. I compared opinions with online info using the USAA Car Buying Service. We were referred to five dealers in our area who were given our contact info. We received phone calls and general emails from three dealerships, but Sheri Ballard was first to respond (within in 12 hours) with the specific information we requested. From that point on, it was no contest. While others depended upon email only or just left voice messages, Sheri followed through by answering our questions directly, especially about pricing. By the time we entered the showroom at Frank Kent, we already knew what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend. We had reservations due to a couple of unpleasant car-buying experiences in the past. My husband's plan was simple: if they push us to buy any vehicle or product we don't want, in any way, we're out the door. That was never a problem. Sheri was true to her word at every turn. She was open and shared information freely, she listened to what we were saying about our needs/likes/dislikes, she worked to get the van we wanted in the color we wanted, and best of all, she never pressured us. She introduced us to Romah O Pugh who was equally friendly and offered to help us in any way. Whether by phone, email or in person, she communicated clearly and respectfully. She always greeted us with a smile. When our vehicle arrived and we couldn't pick it up on Thursday as we planned (we had the first thunderstorm in North TX since I don't remember when), Sheri didn't panick or push, but patiently suggested we come in on Saturday morning since that seemed to fit our schedule. We actually came in on Saturday afternoon (couldn't miss the TCU game) with our three kids, who she checked on while we closed the deal. During the entire process, we never second-guessed our choice of dealer. We've owned 11 vehicles, new and used, and worked with seven or eight dealers. Working with Sheri Ballard and friends at Frank Kent was the best car-buying experience we've had in over 20 years of working with dealers in Texas and Louisiana. More
I inquired the Odyssey through internet. I went into the Frank Kent Motor Co site and watched their founder and brief history of company and made me to check into it. Then David Supercinski called me indicating from my internet inquiry and we made an appointment. David was friendly and courteous and never pressured on us. It was a pleasant sales experience with David. As far as the price, I don't know if I got a great deal as we used to get a very good price in the past as my husband used to work at dealership. Finance man Travis made us very tired. I know he was doing his job but... I do recommend David as salesman to others from our experience. We are impressed with Dealership. More
