They are the most Professional, Courteous, Honest, Fair and Reliable Dealership that I have had the Pleasure to work with. They actually have the Best Interests of the Consumer at heart and make what could be a very stressful situation, a stress-free and pleasant experience. I have dealt with Finance Manager Vito Ciraci Jr. and Internet Sales Manager, David Supercinski. Each of them has been Great! This Dealership excels in all aspects from Sales, Finance & not to mention to see a TEAM work like a well oiled machine, Lyman King Sales Manager is a seasoned professional that I look forward to dealing with again in the future & sending anyone I come in contact with that is in the market for a new Honda. I'd like to express my gratitude to Frank Kent Honda and would like to commend General Manager, Brian Deaver, for putting together a very professional Sales, Finance & Management staff. Being in the wholesale automobile business for 30 years it is a very daunting task for me to enter into a new car dealership and get the respect that I am looking for when I am buying my personal car. Having purchased my first 2009 Honda Civic EX from John Eagle Honda, in Dallas after going to Huggins Honda and being disrespected and being told I should buy something I did not want, as I wanted a 2009 body style Honda Civic EX Black 5 speed. When I saw the 2012 Honda Civic SI I knew that I had to have one. I started in September 2011, and again found myself at Huggins Honda being it is close to me and once again I have been extremely dissatisfied. I get inundated with e-mails from some girl named Ashley from the Internet sales department asking me if I am still interested in the 2012 Honda Civic, If she would bother looking at my paperwork she would know that I was looking for a SI not just a Civic EX. I also was in contact with a man named Greg Roye; he has got to be the most difficult man to get in contact with. I get no return calls and never got a definitive answer on when the 2012 SI's would be arriving or what the problem was in getting them. So you can be sure there is no competition from Huggins Honda… On the other hand in dealing with Sales Manager, David Supercinski, I was EXTREAMLY pleased with his performance as a seasoned Sales Manager...Your Dealership is well designed great decor, many things to make customers comfortable, from great coffee, to a dog park you have far excelled in building a great environment for potential customers to feel safe and at home while making their second largest purchase they will be making in their lifetime. I have already told many of my clients about your (what I call your dealership) (HONDA MINI CITY) It truly is a mini city... Everyone that is employed at Frank Kent Honda, I am sure they are proud to be a part of such a great family. In looking for a pre.owned vehicle I had several bad experiences. As a police officer in another city, I tried a dealership many other officers used exclusively. I had been trying to buy a 4WD SUV for almost 6 weeks and was having an absolutely horrific experience with other dealerships. I am a single woman, widowed, and the treatment I received was appalling - one was having an absolutely horrific experience with other dealerships. I found a vehicle on-line located at Frank Kent Honda Dealership that looked to fit my needs. I made an internet inquiry and received a prompt reply from Sheri Ballard. I'm embarrassed to say I was slightly rude, being more than a little cynical from trying to deal with those other dealerships. Ms. Ballard was immediately warm and reassuring. I drove 40 miles to see the vehicle. Sheri was a delight. She is warm, caring, and put me completely at ease. She treated me like an intelligent, capable human being - something that was lacking in the other dealerships I had talked with. She is smart, and extremely thorough when showing me the many features of the car and we quickly came to an agreement on price and I completed the sale. What a breath of fresh air! The Frank Kent Dealership is extraordinary in every way. The showroom is clean and comfortable, with a full service snack bar that deserves a bigger name - maybe call it a restaraunt? I was given a free meal, and customers are also given access to the internet while they wait. Everyone I came into contact with was unbelievably friendly, warm smiles, asking if I'd been helped but not pesteringly. The service department was incredibly fast and professional, adding my roof rack and ski attachments and cleaning the vehicle for me AND filling the tank before I left and in record time. THIS IS THE WAY CARS SHOULD BE SOLD. ALL dealerships should fashion themselves after Frank Kent. It was such an easy, pleasant experience I quickly posted about it on my Facebook page and I've been telling all my friends what an awesome experience I had, made better only because the 2011 CR-V EX-L/NAV 4WD I bought drives like a dream and has safely delivered me to my destination in Colorado during the worst snow storm of the year. Thank you Sheri Ballard and everyone at Frank Kent Dealership - you ROCK!!!!! The only thing I can suggest is - give Sheri a raise - I don't know what she makes but she is a gem and truely exceptional. More
