I had been looking for that "diamond" in the ruff since last December and had delt with dealerships in Richardson, McKinney, Plano and Frisco. Although I had good impressions with all of the above Honda dealerships none of them were humble to the point of really wanting to listen or help. That was not the experience we had with Frank Kent Honda. I want to commend the management of Frank Kent Honda on their wisdom to have quality individual for their customers to work with. My husband and I purchased a used car and had the privilage to work with Randy Boyd, Sheri Ballard and Patrick Bradley. We had a wonderful experience and found the diamond we were looking for and enjoyed the whole buying experience. I will recommend Frank Kent Honda to anyone that I know is looking for a car. More
We previously had a good experience with Frank Kent in November of 2003 and then some very bad experiences trying to replace our 2004 Honda Pilot from 2008 - 2010. So we bought other cars, to include anot November of 2003 and then some very bad experiences trying to replace our 2004 Honda Pilot from 2008 - 2010. So we bought other cars, to include another Honda Pilot from another dealer. For the sake of completion, as many other dealers and manufacturers were included, I once again called on Frank Kent when we were seeking another car in late 2011. To my GREAT surprise David Supercinski dealt with us in a simple, straight forward manner and delivered a acceptable price on an automobile that we wanted. David restored our faith in Frank Kent Honda. We hope the service team is a good as the sales force. More

I have dealt with Finance Manager Vito Ciraci Jr. and Internet Sales Manager, David Supercinski. Each of them has been Great! Being in the wholesale automobile business for 30 years it is a very daunting task for me to enter into a new car dealership and get the respect that I am looking for when I am buying my personal car. Having purchased my first 2009 Honda Civic EX from John Eagle Honda, in Dallas after going to Huggins Honda and being disrespected and being told I should buy something I did not want, as I wanted a 2009 body style Honda Civic EX Black 5 speed. When I saw the 2012 Honda Civic SI I knew that I had to have one. I started in September 2011, and again found myself at Huggins Honda being it is close to me and once again I have been extremely dissatisfied. I get inundated with e-mails from some girl named Ashley from the Internet sales department asking me if I am still interested in the 2012 Honda Civic, If she would bother looking at my paperwork she would know that I was looking for a SI not just a Civic EX. I also was in contact with a man named Greg Roye; he has got to be the most difficult man to get in contact with. I get no return calls and never got a definitive answer on when the 2012 SI's would be arriving or what the problem was in getting them. So you can be sure there is no competition from Huggins Honda… On the other hand in dealing with Sales Manager, David Supercinski, I was EXTREAMLY pleased with his performance as a seasoned Sales Manager...Your Dealership is well designed great decor, many things to make customers comfortable, from great coffee, to a dog park you have far excelled in building a great environment for potential customers to feel safe and at home while making their second largest purchase they will be making in their lifetime. I have already told many of my clients about your (what I call your dealership) (HONDA MINI CITY) It truly is a mini city...
