I had been looking for that "diamond" in the ruff since last December and had delt with dealerships in Richardson, McKinney, Plano and Frisco. We previously had a good experience with Frank Kent in November of 2003 and then some very bad experiences trying to replace our 2004 Honda Pilot from 2008 - 2010.
