Matt entered in my information into the system prior to towing to the location to hold my spot. By 930 am Matt had called me and explained what was wrong with my vehicle and what was and was not covered by my warranty. Matt was also patient enough to explain it to my husband as I do not understand car talk. My car was complete by noon and I was informed promptly so I could get back on the road.
