My SUV came in with 3 maintenance codes, but they said it only needed to be serviced for one. They checked everything over and nothing else was needed. They could have charged me for three services, but they were honest! I’ve been there before, and I will come back to this location again, despite living two counties and over one hour away! Added perk: free vanilla lattes while you wait in a luxurious customer service area! :) More

Our service rep (Randal McClanahan)gathered the reason for our visit and gave us an estimated time for the completion of our service. Our vehicle was serviced in the time frame we were given and we were advised of an additional service that was recommended for our vehicle. We were not pressured or intimidated into this other service; but were just provided the information so we could make an informed decision. At the completion of the services Randal provided us the details in writing and verbally that had been completed at our request. After he ensured we were satisfied and had no other questions we provided our payment and left. Within a few hours of leaving the dealership we received a phone call from our assigned service rep (Richelle Curley) ensuring that we had been taken care of and we happy with our service. More
