From the very first appointment on my now eight-year-old Pilot, to its most recent oil change and tire rotation, I have never been disappointed. Even for appointments when I bring in my daughters CRV (which is also paid off and old enough to be out of manufactures warranty), I am treated with amazing courtesy, respect, and kindness. Honestly, they should teach classes to other businesses on customer service. Kerry, Debbie, Teddy, and all the girls at the cash out desk are wonderful and knowledgeable. Super grateful! More

Best Service Advisor at Honda of FW!!!!! I recently had some major work done on my Honda CR-V. I had struts, brakes, valves adjusted and spark plugs replaced. After I took my car back, I noticed a thumping sound on the righ front wheel. I talked to Matt about the problem. He immediately got a manager to test drive my car to confirm the sound. Matt took care of my problem and made everything right. Matt Fleming again did a great job looking out for the customer. He always has customer satisfaction as the priority. More
