Felt like being with a caring friend. Richelle Curley converse with me expertly and friendly inquiring about the car I was wanting with a monthly payment that I'm used to. She showed me three vehicles matched what I informed her was wanting in a car appearance and performance. We test drive the three from which I choice one. She took care of getting my car appraised informing me of the outcome and explain effect on the price. During the time of the paperwork I was offered a beverage to sit, relax watching TV in the waiting room. The financial director went over all paperwork and insurances offered on a certified car. After completed paperwork ,Richelle came asked how it went while walking toward the cars to exchange keys and transfer my personal items from my trade in to my new one which she had it cleaned and filled tank of gas. She sat with me in my new preowned certified car setup bluetooth in car program, adjusted clock, how to use car key, how to start car pushing button, how to open gas tank door and trunk. She showed how to open the moonroof, adjust seats, mirrors, and backup monitor. Richelle Curley was attentive,caring, and concern that I felt good with the car. She makes the process effortless from the beginning with the typing in personal information, creating paperwork, informed goes through financial director who was introduced to me eith whom I spend some time making all ingormatio is correct.
