Comfortable waiting room This was my 2nd visit to Honda of Fort Myers. And each visit entailed a trip to the movie lounge with fresh popcorn and PG movie. My experience on thi This was my 2nd visit to Honda of Fort Myers. And each visit entailed a trip to the movie lounge with fresh popcorn and PG movie. My experience on this 2nd visit was no different from the first. My total wait time was 1 hour 30 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. The service reps are speedy and professional, but don't expect to have any lengthy conversations or smile.. My only complaint was the free car wash on both visits. I don't think they use soap, maybe a water hose instead. The same bird stains were on my car after the wash. More

Over and beyond service! I was greeted by smiling faces and courteous attention when I arrived in my 2006 Honda Odyssey. Neremie Deronvil finished the paperwork and had my Honda serviced quickly. As I was leaving, I mentioned that I had a run in with a mailbox. The driver’s side had a long brown paint scrape on it. Neremie said to drive my car to the back and that he thought it could be removed from my car. He and another gentleman rubbed something on it—and it disappeared!! I was so happy!
