Efficient Service Leak in window washer fluid casing. Service attendant checked vehicle in my presence by flushing out the washer casing. We both saw the water leak o Leak in window washer fluid casing. Service attendant checked vehicle in my presence by flushing out the washer casing. We both saw the water leak out the side of the vehicle after a few minutes. Was told it may take a couple hours to replace. They appeared to have fixed the problem. Normally service center gives updates as to progress. Wasn't continually informed. Also, not sure if casing was replaced it if it was just a problem with the hose/connecter. Wish I could remember attendant name, he was Professional and Courteous! More

I was quite surprised because I bought the car less then two years ago and it looked like the button was glued. I am not a car person and didn’t know if I could have it replaced without any charge. It turned out they fixed it very fast and it was covered. I Do not know how long the new knob will last. I hope it can last as long as the one in my Toyota Corolla More

They asked me if I wanted a free car wash but after 1.5 hours of waiting I asked if it was ready. They said yes but it was backlogged in car wash so I just took the car without a wash. Would of been nice if they would at least me know car was done before waiting for car wash that would of been nice. More
