We took our Honda Odyssey in for a recall issue on Monday morning Feb 17. We were able to get an appointment very quickly and were greeted by a young man named Tyler Rivera. Sent me out with same issue I went in to get some tires and the tire monitoring system fixed. I told them the light had been coming on for months. I bought 4 run flat tires, mo I went in to get some tires and the tire monitoring system fixed. I told them the light had been coming on for months. I bought 4 run flat tires, mounted balanced, etc. I drove out 6 hours later and 4 minutes down the road, the tire monitoring system light came on. I immediately texted my service rep and he told me something about it being my fault and they should not have known to look at that. I just stopped talking to the guy. I only remember the guy’s first name. This is normal for this dealership. If I could go anywhere else I would. I don’t have enough time to go through all the horrors of this dealership I’ve had over the years. More

(Even tho I had just purchased it a day ago) Ever since getting the car back it takes 2 to 5 minutes every single time I sit in the car for it to recognize the key fob in order to start the vehicle and now that I did the interview with the finance company so Honda got paid, no one has responded to me.
